You reserve with a deposit
A non-refundable deposit holds your place the moment you book. Each retreat page states its exact figure before you pay anything.
Lisa runs small retreats with real costs committed months ahead: rooms held, guides booked, a support van on the road.
They exist so twelve women can trust the trip is really happening.

Pay it in one, or spread it across scheduled payments. The schedule is shown to the cent before you commit, and the final payment always lands before the balance deadline. No invoices invented later, no surprises.
Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care and repatriation is required on travel retreats. It exists to protect your money when life intervenes, because the trip itself is non-refundable.
Your balance is due in full before the retreat begins, typically thirty days out. After that, everything left is logistics: packing lists, training check-ins, and the countdown.
Card payments run through Stripe with your schedule handled automatically. Prefer Zelle? Reserve your place and pay Lisa directly; she confirms every payment personally. Either way your booking reference and schedule arrive in writing.
