About Lisa
She saved herself first.
Then made it her work.
Coach. Athlete. A woman who stood at her own crossroads.
More than ten years ago, on the morning of her son's fifteenth birthday, Lisa got a phone call that changed everything. It was juvenile hall. He'd been arrested.
What followed was the collapse of her family — and, honestly, the collapse of who she thought she was. She fell into a deep depression with no clear way out. When a friend told her about a coaching programme, she went because she thought she was there to save her son.
"But here's what I know to be true: I was there to save myself."
That programme didn't just change her perspective — it changed her life. Happiness wasn't something that happened to her. It was something she could create. She made herself one promise: become a certified coach, and spend the rest of her life helping other women find what she found.
Eight years and hundreds of women later, that's exactly what she does — with the checked boxes to match the conviction: Professional Certified Coach (ICF, 500+ hours), iPEC graduate, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Certified Happiness & Mental Fitness Coach. And because she believes the body carries the change: Boston Marathon finisher, IRONMAN triathlete.
Your happiness is not a privilege. It's your birthright. You are not broken. You are not behind. And you are definitely not alone.
"Let me listen to your story — I'll share mine."
