Lisa laughing in the morning sun
A letter from Lisa

Dear you,

Lisa laughing in the morning sun

If you found your way to this page, I don't think it was an accident. Something in you is asking for more. Maybe quietly, maybe loudly. Either way, I'm glad you're here.

I'm Lisa. Before I was a coach, I was a mom whose world collapsed with one phone call. It came on the morning of my son's fifteenth birthday, and what followed took my family apart, and honestly, took apart who I thought I was. I fell into a depression with no clear way out.

I walked into a coaching program believing I was there to save my son. Here's what I know now: I was there to save myself. That work changed my LIFE. I learned that happiness is not something that happens to you. It is something you can build, on purpose, starting exactly where you are. That realization set me on fire, and I made myself a promise: I would spend the rest of my life helping women find what I found.

So that's what I do. Every day, with everything I have.

Most of the women I work with have checked every box. The career, the family, the house. And still a quiet question keeps showing up between the school runs and the deadlines: is this all there is? If that question lives in you too, hear me: you are not broken. You are not behind. And you are definitely not alone. I get it. I've been there.

Where would you like to start?

If you want an honest picture of where you stand, start with the quiz. Three minutes, eleven questions, no wrong answers. Take the quiz.

If you'd like company in the mornings, I write a short letter every sunrise, before the coffee's done. The Sunrise Letter.

If you're missing your people, there's a Community of women who get it. No audience, no algorithm, twenty-nine dollars a month. Step into the Community.

If you're standing at a crossroads and need to talk it through, that's what coaching is. You bring the question, I bring the questions. Book a free call with me.

And if your whole body is telling you to move, walk with us. Five hundred kilometres across Spain, or a weekend in the Flagstaff pines. The retreats.

Whatever you choose, know this: your happiness is not a privilege. It is your birthright.

I can't wait to hear your story. I'll share mine.

With love,

Lisa

Start your day with purpose.

One letter, every sunrise. Written before the coffee's done.
