Who we are

These terms govern your use of livehappycoaching.com and the services of Live Happy Coaching & Retreats LLC ("we", "us"), Flagstaff, Arizona, USA.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching, group programmes, retreats and energy work are support, encouragement and clarity — they are not psychotherapy, medical care or crisis services, and are not a substitute for any of them. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

Membership & payments

Community and Mastermind memberships bill monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Coaching packages and retreat deposits are set out at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card details.

Retreats

Retreat deposits reserve your place; balance schedules, transfer and cancellation terms are stated on each retreat page at booking. Retreats involve physical activity — you are responsible for confirming your fitness to participate.

Community conduct

The community is a safe place to heal. We may remove content or membership for harassment, hate, solicitation, or sharing another member's private story outside the room. What is shared in the room stays in the room.

Your content

You own what you post; you grant us the licence needed to display it inside the community. We do not use member stories in marketing without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
