Lisa Lopez coaching, mid-conversation, listening
One-to-one coaching

You already know. You just need the hour.

A focused month on the one thing you have been circling for a year. Four private hours, and a decision that is still standing in March.

  • $600 for the four
  • One hour each, weekly or fortnightly
  • Video anywhere, or in person in Flagstaff
  • Application, then a call, then you start
The problem

You have been deciding this for a year.

There is a thing. The conversation you have not had, the role you have outgrown, the boundary you keep almost setting, the version of your life you keep almost choosing. You are not confused about it. You have thought about it in the car, in the shower, at 3am, and you could argue both sides better than anyone.

What you do not have is an hour where it is the only thing in the room. Every time you get close, something legitimate happens: someone needs something, the week turns, and the thought goes back in the drawer for another month. That is not a character flaw. It is what happens to anything important that has no appointment attached to it.

Four sessions is an appointment. Four times, an hour each, where the only agenda is the thing you have been carrying, with a coach who will not let you talk your way around it kindly.

The promise

One month. One decision, actually made.

This is not a course, a framework, or four hours of being asked how that makes you feel. It is a focused month with a professional certified coach who has spent eight years and several hundred women doing exactly this, and whose whole method is asking the question you have been avoiding until the answer you already carry stops hiding.

By the end of the four sessions you will have:

  • The real question named, which is often not the one you booked with.
  • The decision made, in the hour, rather than deferred to a better week.
  • One concrete next step out of every session, written down before you leave it.
  • Something built to hold the decision when the people around you push back.
  • Lisa reachable by message between sessions for the short things.
The process

How the month goes

You set the cadence with Lisa: weekly if you want momentum, every two weeks if you need the space between to actually do things. Most women start weekly and slow down at session three.

  1. 01

    Session one: the real question

You arrive with the thing you have been carrying. Most women find that the question they booked with is not the question underneath it, and the first hour is where that surfaces. You leave with the real one named and one thing to do before you meet again.

  2. 02

Session two: what is actually in the way

Not the story about what is in the way. Lisa works the gap between what you say you want and what you keep choosing instead, without making you wrong for any of it. This is usually the hour women describe afterwards as the uncomfortable one.

  3. 03

    Session three: the decision

By now the shape is clear enough to move. You make the call, set the boundary, write the message, book the thing. Whatever the decision is, it gets made in the hour rather than deferred to a better week that does not come.

  4. 04

Session four: making it survive Monday

A decision that only lives in a coaching hour is not a decision. The last session builds what holds it: what you say when you are asked to undo it, who knows, what the next month looks like, and what you do on the day it wobbles.

Inside the hour

What a session is actually like

It starts slowly. Two or three minutes where you land, because most women arrive straight from something else and cannot think yet. Then Lisa asks what is on your heart and mind, and listens to the whole answer without steering it.

The middle is the work: direct, practical, sometimes uncomfortable, never unkind. Lisa asks; you find out what you think by hearing yourself say it. She will name the pattern she can see and let you decide whether it is true. She will not tell you what to do with your life, because you are the expert on that and she is the expert on the questions.

The last ten minutes are for one step. Concrete, this week, small enough that you will actually do it. Then you go back to your day, usually quieter than you arrived.

Lisa Lopez is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, 500+ hours logged. This is coaching, not therapy, and she will say so plainly if what you need is a therapist.

Proof

What women say after four

Lisa asks every client for their words at the end, and records the permission with them. Nothing appears on this page until a woman has said yes to her name being on it, so this space stays empty rather than filled with strangers.

The price

Six hundred dollars, all four.

$600

Four one-hour sessions. $150 an hour, paid once at the start.

Paid in full before the first session, by card or by Zelle. Reschedule any session with a day's notice. If you want a get-out after the first hour, ask Lisa for it in the call before you pay. She would rather agree it up front than have you sitting on the question.

Apply for a place ↗

The application is four questions and takes about five minutes. Lisa reads every one herself and answers within a day, either with times to talk or with an honest no and somewhere better to look.

An honest fit

Whether four sessions is the right size

This is for you if

  • There is one clear thing: a decision, a conversation, a change you keep not making.
  • You want momentum inside a month rather than a long arc.
  • You are willing to do the thing between sessions, not only talk about it.
  • You have wanted a coach for a while and want to find out what it is actually like.

This is not for you if

  • What you are carrying is grief, trauma or a mental health crisis. That deserves a therapist, and Lisa will say so.
  • You want the whole life redesigned. That is the twelve-session container, and four will only frustrate you.
  • You want someone to tell you what to do. Coaching does not do that, and you would be paying for the wrong thing.
  • You cannot protect an hour a week for a month. Book when you can, not now.

Before you decide

The questions you are already asking

Why not just book the free call and see?

You can, and the apply form ends in one. The application exists because it makes that call worth having: Lisa arrives already knowing what you are carrying, so the fifteen minutes are about whether it is a fit rather than about catching her up.

Is $600 not a lot for four hours?

It is $150 an hour for a certified coach with eight years behind her, which is at or below the going rate for a PCC. Whether it is worth it depends entirely on what the decision you keep deferring is costing you a month.

What if four is not enough?

Some women finish and are done. Others get to session four and realise the thing underneath is bigger, and move to the twelve-session container. If four turns out to be the wrong size and you want the longer container, tell Lisa. She handles that case by case rather than by policy.

What happens between sessions?

You do the one step. Lisa is reachable by message for the short things, the ones that would otherwise sit in your head for a fortnight. She is not on call, and she will not pretend to be.

Do I have to be in Flagstaff?

No. Most sessions happen on video and her clients are scattered. If you are local, some women prefer a walk to a screen, and that is available.

Is any of this confidential?

Entirely. Nothing you say leaves the session. If Lisa ever wants to use something you said in her writing, she asks you first and records your answer in writing, and the answer no changes nothing between you.

Give it four hours and a month.

The thing you have been circling has had a year. Four sessions is what it takes to face it properly with someone in the room. Apply, and Lisa answers within a day, either with times to talk or with an honest no.
