Not a better week. A different life.
Three to six months of private hours, a written plan that is yours to keep, and old wiring replaced rather than worked around.
- $3,000 for the twelve
- Three to six months
- A written plan pack, built for you
- A small number of places at a time
You have already fixed the easy things.
You have read the books. You have done the programme, or the retreat, or the eight weeks, and it was good. You came home lighter and by the third Tuesday you were back to being the person who holds everything together and is quietly furious about it.
That is not because you lacked discipline. It is because the thing that undoes it is not in your calendar, it is in your wiring: the automatic voice that says yes before you have decided, that reads rest as laziness, that has been so useful for so long that you mistake it for you. You cannot out-plan it in a weekend, and one month of coaching only gets you as far as naming it.
Twelve sessions is enough time to change what happens automatically. Not to talk about changing it. To watch it happen, catch it, and be somewhere else six months later.
Three to six months of being properly held.
Twelve private hours with Lisa, spaced so the life between them counts as part of the work. This is the container women choose when the thing they want is not one decision but a different way of being in their own life, and when they have finally accepted that doing it alone has been the problem all along.
What comes with it:
- Twelve one-hour sessions, on video anywhere or in person in Flagstaff.
- A written plan pack made for you: the arc, the practices, the shape of her weeks, and a letter from Lisa at the front of it.
- Positive Intelligence work threaded through the middle months, so the mental muscle is trained and not just described.
- Lisa reachable by message between sessions for the short things.
- A cadence you set and change as life does, rather than a fixed weekly slot you resent by month three.
What the months actually do
It is not twelve of the same hour. The container has a shape, and Lisa moves you through it at the speed you can actually take.
- 01
Month one: what is actually true
Before anything gets redesigned it gets seen clearly. The first three or four sessions are about what your life is really like right now, as opposed to the version you describe at dinner parties: where the time goes, what the energy costs, which parts you have stopped questioning because they came with the furniture.
- 02
Month two: the voice that undoes it
Every woman who has read the books and stayed stuck has a narrator, and it is usually good at its job. Lisa's Positive Intelligence work is here: catching the Judge in the act, naming the saboteurs by their real names, and building the muscle that interrupts them. This is the part that makes the rest survive.
- 03
Months three and four: the redesign
Now the changes. The conversation had, the role renegotiated, the boundary held through the first three times it is tested, the thing you have wanted for a decade actually put in the calendar. One at a time, in order, with someone watching what it costs you.
- 04
The last stretch: making it permanent
A new life that only holds while you are being coached is not a new life. The final sessions build what keeps it: the practice that survives a bad week, the sentences you use when people ask you to go back, and an honest look at what will try to undo it in six months.
Lisa Lopez is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, 500+ hours logged. This is coaching, not therapy, and she will say so plainly if what you need is a therapist.
You go away with something written down.
Somewhere in the first month Lisa builds you a pack: a proper document, not a worksheet. It carries the focus of the work, the practices you are training, the weekly shape, the check-in questions you answer honestly to yourself, and a letter from her at the front that says why she thinks you can do this.
It updates as the work does, it lives in your account, and it downloads as a PDF you can print and put somewhere you will see it. Several women have said the letter is the part they kept.
Proof
What women say after twelve
Lisa asks every client for their words at the end of a container, and records the permission with them. Nothing goes on this page until a woman has put her name to it in writing, so this space stays empty rather than borrowed.
Three thousand dollars, across the months.
$3,000
Twelve one-hour sessions. $250 an hour across three to six months.
Paid in full at the start, or split across the months. Ask for the split in your application and Lisa arranges it. Lisa sets the split with you when she accepts the application, so it fits the months you are actually in. Reschedule any session with a day's notice.
Apply for a place ↗The application is four questions and takes about five minutes. Lisa reads every one herself and answers within a day, either with times to talk or with an honest no and somewhere better to look.
An honest fit
Whether the deep container is yours
This is for you if
- You have done the shorter things and the change did not hold.
- What you want changed is not one decision but a pattern you can name.
- You can protect an hour every week or two for several months, not just for January.
- You are prepared to be uncomfortable in some of those hours, and to keep coming back anyway.
- You want the work written down and held, not just talked about.
This is not for you if
- What you need is a therapist. Lisa will say so plainly and will not take your money instead.
- There is one clear decision in front of you. Four sessions will do it, for a fifth of the price.
- You want accountability texts and a template. That is not what an hour with a PCC is for.
- You are hoping the coach will make the decision. She will not, on purpose.
- The next three months are already immovable. Apply when they are not.
Before you decide
The questions you are already asking
Three thousand dollars is a lot. What makes it worth it?
It is $250 an hour for a certified coach across three to six months, plus a plan built for you and access between sessions. Whether that is worth it depends on what the pattern is currently costing you, which is a number most women have never actually added up.
Can I pay it in parts?
Yes. Ask for the split in your application and Lisa arranges it with you when she accepts, so it fits the months you are actually in.
What if life blows up in month three?
It sometimes does, and the container stretches. The twelve sessions are yours to use across a sensible period rather than on a fixed schedule; you tell Lisa what is happening and you pause rather than lose them.
How is this different from the Reset?
The Reset is eight weeks in a small group, running the Positive Intelligence programme together. This is private, longer, and shaped entirely around your life rather than a curriculum. Plenty of women do the Reset first and come here after.
Why is there an application?
Because Lisa takes a small number of these at a time and both of you should know it is a fit before anyone pays for six months. The application is read by her, not by a filter, and the honest no is a real possible answer.
What if I stop wanting it halfway?
Tell her. Most of the time the wanting to stop is the work, and it is worth one more session to find out. If it genuinely is not, Lisa would rather have that conversation than hold you to a schedule you have left.
Is any of it confidential?
Entirely. Nothing leaves the session. If Lisa ever wants to use something you said, she asks first and records your answer in writing, and no changes nothing between you.
You have done the reading. This is the doing.
Twelve hours across the next few months, a plan written for you, and the automatic voice trained rather than tolerated. Apply, and Lisa answers within a day with times to talk or an honest no.
